For everyone ...
For everyone wondering how this works, Water is conductive and if the pc was in water it would bridge parts of the pc together and create a short circuit and there fore damaging the pc and causing major damages to not only your pc but also your houses power wiring. However,? Mineral Oil only has a VERY small amount of iron in it and there fore is NON conductive and will not cause a shirt circuit unlike water :) Hope I helped those who were wondering.

And why is that??

the mobo is not mounted to the rear of the tank in any way i cut a motherboard tray and rear panel from a cheap pc case then bolted a sheet of plexi the same size as the tanks top to the rear panel so it sits on the top of the tank and holds the rear panel and mobo? tray in? the oil then i just mounted the motherboard to the tray as normal that's why it's now at a 90? degree angle as the rear panel is now pointing up

yeah there is a ...
yeah there is a little dust in the tank ... but it's no big deal as it floats... it just accumulates around the surface where the oil touches the top of the tanks sides and leaves what i would describe as a light, hardly even noticable mark....and this is after 18 months there is no smell left ... it's long gone? now....it was pretty intense but in no way unpleasant
